Big Ten Street Stocks Part Of Ladies Night
Micros, Pro Late Models, Modifieds, And Hornets Also Racing
The Big Ten UMP Street Stocks will be racing at Macon Speedway's 1/5-mile this coming Saturday, June 20. It will be the fourth event of the season for the series. The Beach House Micros, Pro Late Models, Billinglsey Towing Modifieds, and Hornets are also on the docket.
               Decatur, IL driver, Terry Reed, currently leads the standings by four, after finishing with strong 2nd place runs at both previous Macon Speedway events. Macon's Greg Osman and Decatur's Brian Dasenbrock are tied for the second spot. Neither have won a Big Ten event this season, but have been extremely consistent so far.  2015 wins have been claimed by Bobby Beiler at the two Macon races and Chad Myers at the Jacksonville event.
The Beach House Micros, Pro Late Models, Billingsley Towing Modifieds, and Hornets are also on Saturday's schedule. The Hornets will be participating in a 20-lap special event paying extra money throughout the field, while the winner will receive a larger trophy.
Bud Light Ladies Night will be in full effect, allowing any lady through the gate for just $6. All other admission tickets for the grandstands are $12. Hot Dogs are just $1 in honor of Three Dog Night and University Dogs will present a Hot Dog eating contest at intermission.
Pit gates open at 4:00, grandstands at 5:00, hotlaps begin at 6:00 when the pill draw ends, and racing will start at 7:00.

Macon Speedway is located nine miles south of Decatur on U.S. 51, then 0.6 miles west on Andrews Street and south to 205 N. Wiles. Macon Speedway hosts racing every Saturday night, plus many weeknight specials.
