Kerby Damery, late model driver, passes away

MACON, Ill. – Macon Speedway would like to offer its condolences following the passing for Kerby Damery. A Macon native, Damery was a long-time late model driver who knew his way around Macon Speedway. Damery, 49, died Sunday after a long fight with cancer.

Macon Speedway promoter Bob Sargent and all the track employees would like to pass along their thoughts and prayers to the Damery family.

As of Monday night, funeral arrangements were still incomplete at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home in Macon.
